THE ENLISTED FORCE STRUCTURE

A Profession of Arms defines our service as a higher calling, in which we hold ourselves to higher standards. We abide by a code of conduct that demonstrates our Air Force Core Values, serves as our compass and provides the fortified foundation of our service. The Airman’s Creed highlights the strength of our Airmen who fly, fight and win as one Air Force.

A PROFESSION OF ARMS: OUR CORE VALUES

The Core Values are much more than minimum standards. They remind us what it takes to get the mission accomplished. They inspire us to do our very best at all times. They are the common bond among all comrades in arms, and they are the glue that unifies the force and ties us to the great warriors and public servants of the past and guide us into the future.

Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All We Do. These are the Air Force Core Values. Study them…understand them…follow them…encompass them…and encourage others to do the same.

Full Circle Home is a not-for-profit organization that connects deployed service members with their loved ones across the country and on bases around the world. Since 2007, Full Circle Home has helped over 26,000 troops send their holiday gifts and love notes to their Heroes at Home. The simple act of giving a gift with a hand written note can bridge the gap between our troops and those who support them. The troops share with us how deserving their loved ones are. These gift packages allow them to express their gratitude and recognize the sacrifices made by those at home and are a daily reminder of the love of their service member and the appreciation of sponsors across the country. This connection provides encouragement and support for both those at home and those overseas, because the whole family is affected by a deployment.

Our Military Kids recognizes the sacrifice of children of deployed National Guard, deployed Reserve, or post 9/11 combat-injured service members by offering extracurricular activity grants that build the child's self-confidence, enhance family wellness, and strengthen a shared sense of community.

Our Military Kids provides grants for all kinds of sports, fine arts, camps, tutoring, drivers education, high school band trips, STEM programs and more. The only activities we cannot cover are child care, school tuition, or religious mission trips.
